The software installed in my desktop computers has not been upgraded even after six months of the payment of the requisite renewal charges. The company is so careless that it even did not bother to handover the receipt of the payment so made against the renewal in the month of October.
Likewise in mobile no. 9415235856, a software was purchased approx two years back. In the first week of Feb this year, renewal charges for the upgradation of software "mobile magic pc" for seeking the latest information in regards to LIC plans/programs was also made to Mr. Ram, the authorised person for rendering service on behalf of the company but it has not been upgraded yet, after many reminders on phone and in person.
It would not be pertinent to mention that after making of the renewal payment by crossed cheque to Mr. Ram, he has sent a msg on 7.04.2011 at 11.40 A.M. for making the payment for VMPro LIC licence.
The company is not even taking care of the training of the new promotional softwares instead it is only making lots of fake propagandas and ads just to sell their items/products.
If the grievance of the customer is not attended within fifteen days of this complaint, I am bound to knock the door of legal justice for such callous careless attitude of the company.
