Excess Delay in delivery of Ubislate 7

Hi Booked Ubislate 7 on 18th Dec with booking ID PM833FCFA0C7. Mail sent by company mentioned that If you want delivery earliest then send Cheque of amount 2, 999. I sent the same on on 1st week of Feb. As agreed they have to give me delivery in 1st week of April.

Today I Called to their Customer care Now they are telling that they will provide this end of April.

I was totally surprised about this. Then I asked them to know about the procedure of cancellation of booking. They told me that there is no such procedure.

This is absolutel cheating. Pls help me to sort out this.
