Dues & Form 16

Hi Sir / Madam,

My name is Kishore Konada holding PAN no. AMKPK9319A,

worked as Project Manager In Deegit Inc. Located at

Moosaram bagh, dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad-Andhra Pradesh,

from november to july.

Since i could not receive my Form 16 & Dues from my previous employer,

even they deduct my TDS for the above financial years.

So many times i approached them to get the Form 16 & Dues,

but they are not responding properly.

i am a regular tax-return filer.

Please help out in this issue so that i can submit my Form 16 to Income Tax Department.
