I want to withdraw the attention of India Govt . to take the suitable against DELL as DELL is running the Scam along with the shop keeper in India. Here is the summary of my complaint :
I have purchased DELL desktop from Infocare Digital System Pvt Ltd, C/O Wipro Infotech, A-39, Sector -22, Great India Palace, Noida as on 20-12 . The product has been on warranty on 3 years with free replacement. But on the 3rd day itself the Desktop has stopped functioning and still from the last 1 month no one has attended the complaint from DELL / or the above mentioned shop owner.

This is the fraud that the shop keepers has been running with DELL as the desktop that I have purchased is looks to be very much old and malfunctioned. They have duped me of Rs 45, 000/-

Even the DELL Support personals are not attending the complaints. DELL is running the frauds in INDIA .
