I had purchased new laptop of dell co. on 13-July'10 which is creating problems so i contacted dell customer care for replacement they had taken my request on 13-Aug'10 & told me the replacement will take 45 days of time, ihad provided all documents to them required for replacement but it's altready 45 days passed no body come to me & picked my laptop not getting proper respeonse from them they only extend the dates i don't know how much more time this process will take this is really pathetic as my work is hampering a lot... by paying the 40, 000 bucks u got faulty machine & poor service, ihad send many reminder mails & calls to the exectuives of dell but fail to got any proper response Please help in this matter as now i'm mentally excausted
