I'm Mr. Gaurav Ostwal form Hingahgat 442301 maharashtra, India. I had purchased Dell Studio 15 Notebook on the 20th, August under Mr. Kishor Nagrajan, Inside Sales.

As the product cannot be delivered, I contacted Dell Customer Care several times. Finally Mr. Kishor informed me that product is despatched to blue dart. I afte 4 days i checked on blue dart online my product is still in chennai godawn. i confirme from blue dart they replied there is prob. in billing no.

and address hence it cannot be delevered. i informed kishor same he said today porb will be solved but since last 5 days my product is remained in chennai nothing is change.

after all these duration i tried severl times to mr kishor but he didn't received my any call or reply of any mails.

Now i am not intrested to buy any dell product

please help me what to do
