Hello,
I had purchased Dell All in One Model from Dell India Pvt Ltd. Model Dell Inspiron Desktop One19. After Purchase on July the system immediately stopped working. I had registered the case id 5477177 through Dell support. Dell support visited my place after 12days and finally said that there is no availabilty of the spares so the issue shall be rectified by 15days. Today it is almost 100days there is absolutely no response from Dell team. Our faulty unit is not yet replaced and when contacted the Customer Care they reply sayin due to High Volume in calls please call after 2 hrs. The same is being repeated frequently.
This issue should be taken seriously.. This intends to huge loss of our time in Business and also money..
