UNNECESSARY DELAY OF DELIVERY

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am SHAILESH KUMAR from Varanasi, UP. I have place my order to Dell India Pvt. Ltd. for a Laptop on 24 November to be delivered to the Varanasi address, and they told that it will be delivered within 10 days, but it was not delivered. Then I called to them, then they told that it was put up on hold for the road permit form, and this thing they have not told before placing the order.

Finally I have sent the Road Permit form within a week, but next week they told that there was some document error in that form. The only error was that the validation date I have mention from 8-12 upto 8-1 instead of 8-1.

So, I decided to change the delivery address to New Delhi address, so that no Road permit form will be required there. On 22 December I have told to change the delivery address, and they told that it will be changed within 2 days.

But now the problem is the salesperson to whom I was talking with is not replying calls or mails, and its been more than a month since I have placed my order. And when I am talking to their Toll Free number, so no one is able to give me the satisfactory answer, and they are only switching the calls from one department to other.
