Delivery of my laptop

Sir

With due respest, this is to say that I had made payment for my new dell laptop dtd 22/01 to Dell Exclusive showroom located at 65A, Guru nanak Pura, Viukas Marg, Laxmi Nagar Delhi-110092. As per Company norms laptop should have reached my Shipping Address within 7-10 working days. On 8/02 I had a talk with customer care and was told that my lappy would reach by 16/02. A foolish thing told to me was that process of my order began only on 4/02/10 and time limit for delivery will start after that date only. He also told me that everything is right on Company's part also that making a transaction with Dell is not such purchasing anything from any shop. As a result, I am facing huge problems with my office work.

So please look into my matter and do the needful. Also let me know what else I should do against the Company so that such misbehaviour is not repeated by the Company with any other Customer in future.
