DELAY IN LAPTOP REPLACEMENT

DEAR SIR,

I had purchase a laptop (Service Tag -FGQC6BS) 15TH JULY. After using 15days it goes down and I had logged a Complained regarding replacement.(complained no-37165970) on 3 sept. I had submitted all the document and hadover the faulty laptop to dell. I got a acknoledgement no. Dell Order Acknowledgement Customer: 781825801. on 28th sept.from till date, I have not recieve my laptop and I tried to my sales person Mr. Rakesh Peter regarding this issue, nobody is entertain my call whenever I tried to reach Mr. Rakesh Peter Always he was busy in a meeting.

I want to bring to your kind notice that I call dell then this complete process will take more than 30min to reach the customer care executive and at the time of purchasing my Rakesh Peter provide his mobile no : 09844735736. After laptop purchase he never give a positive response. Everytime when I call him he was showing his attitude and never give a positive feedback.

Dear Sir/Madam, you are requested to look into this matter as i am suffering since last 3month and nobody is understand my problem.
