Dell is cheating on his customers by charging them for licensed version of O.S but not providing one nor retailers are educating cust to create recovery disc. Incase you haven't created recovery disc or your disc is not working, they are not providing O.S cd but image restore which is not complete OS what they have charged for. I will request everyone not to buy dell laptops at all as i have two cases known to me where there hard disk has gone faulty within 3 months of purchase and i also faced same issue with my dell laptop. Pathetic services and cheat company dell is. Now they are asking me 300 rs and the disc that they will provide will not still have Operating system but Image restore. Why should i pay?? when i ahve paid for licensed version and my system is only 3 months old.
