Hi... my name is tenzing and i am staying in Darjeeling. A week before, i ordered a new dell Inspiron 15 R laptop switchable having the configurations said below :-
intel core i 5-480 processor
Genuine windows 7@ Home Basic
4 GB ddr3, 500 GB HDD, 1 GB ATI mobility (graphics)
15.6" screen wide and 1 year home in service
complete cover including bag, adaptor.
But 2 days before when it was time for me to go to that shop retailer in Darjeeling here, he showed me the laptop having these configurations:-
everything is same but windows are pirated and no switchable lid is there with the product.
At that time, i was with my friend at their shop and i refused to buy his product because i was not getting what i ordered. but along with the cheat about the wrong product, they also forced me to go to my home with their 2 men and took the huge amount of Rs 44, 400/- for which i can't resist their man power. my parents were not here in my home as they went to Gujarat for sweater business.
Overall, I was greatly cheated and forced to pay the amount.
