My name is Pradeep Madye, I bought a Dell Inspiron Laptop, model no. N5110, service tag no.-(s/N):152NTP1 and express code no.: 2483584021 from Best Buy located at 13141 City Station Dr Jacksonville, FL 32218. on 8th August. And on 10th October the touchpad and keypad is not working. I have invested my hard earned money into it. I want a replacement towards it.
