I had purchased Domo Slate N8 through Home Shop 18 vide invoice no. HS18/JAN/1234 Dt : 20/Jan. The code no is 9109082581.
It's has stopped working. The warranty period is for 6 months. Initially for 4 months it was working but suddenly it stopped working. There was problem about not booting up. I thought maybe it would have been because of low battery & the battery would have been exhausted & so I charged it for more than 6 hours but still it didn't boot up.
Seems some manufacturing defect.
Made an complaint at customer care dept of Domo India but no positive response received for resolution of my complaint. Kindly guide me how to return back the same & claim for the refund.
