Billing is overthan the actual useage. The company (Elsys) maintains the Saturday and Sunday as holiday. So far we did not use net on these days. In the last month bill the date as 18, 19/12/10 and 25, 26/12/10, respectively saturday and sunday shows that as we use the internet on these days. As i suspect it is used by some other hands on these days. Hope that you may do the needful and take appropriate action.
