No response to product complaint (during warranty period)

I purchased a computer (desktop PC) from eMall, Ahmedabad vide Bill No. A/15, 188 Dtd: 06/03. There was a problem with hardwared related with sound and upon lodging the complaint (No. HGJ05100069) the engineer collected the faulty piece and commited to revert in 2-3 days. Now it's more than a week and when I enquired with SIS call center, I am not able to get a fitting reply. Then I contacted eMall regarding this complain, but the branch manager Jaideep said it's not their problem that too in a rude way.
