It seemed very amusing when, Mr Nayaz Ahmed on 18004250011 with reference number of the call 965111. Informed me that Calcutta does not fall under the Category of a Metro City.

I wanted to order a cartridge (73N) for my Printer Recently purchased.

Why has the company been advertising about "call for a cartridge". When its unable to service in Calcutta.

I guess this is a perfect case for Consumer Court. As in how big companies Misguide or just take out ads but do not provide service...
