I MADE A COMPLAINT ON EPSON TOLL FREE NO. REGARDING MY UNDERWARRANTY SCANNER PROBLEM 1 MONTH AGO. FROM THAT DAY 10-12 TIME SERVICE EINGINEERS OF ESPON VISITED MY OFFICE TRIED TO REPAIR THE SCANNER BUT EVERY TIME THEY KEEP ON SCRATCHING /DAMAGING THE BODY OF SCANNER BUT NOT ABLE TO REPAIR IT, I SPOKE THEIR SENIOR PERSONS OF MUMBAI AND THANE BUT THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE MY SCANNER ON ANY CONDITION. NOW I DONT NO HOW MANY MONTHS IT WILL TAKE TO REPAIR MY SCANNER. PL. HELP ME TO GET REPLACED NEW SCANNER FROM ESPON, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ABLE REPAIR MY SCANNER FROM LAST ONE MONTH AND GIVE ME FRESH WARRANTY ALSO.

PL. GIVE WARNING TO SUCH COMPANIES FOR NOT GIVING BETTER AFTER SALES SERVICE.
