I have purchased a dell laptop from Ess Dee technology bhopal .add - 210, zone -1, M.P Nagar bhopal he purchased it from popular tech media pvt. ltd.
the laptop is suffering from a low battery back up .when i came in touch of dell india ltd.the told me in written that your system is a imported piece and not having a warranty / support from dell india.
they adviced me to get refund or laptop replacement with indian billing.
the mail has been already sent to the popular tech media pvt. ltd. but the are not doing so due to it i am facing a lots of problems and mental stress.
this laptop is imported from some other country for having a higher profit
plz take my matter very serious.
