I have taken high speed internet connection through BSNL WLL phone. Since then i was in trouble with it. At the time of taking connection i got sufficient speed. But my friend, who is also opted same plan argued that he has more speed than that of mine. Now the speed has decreased to such an extend that I have to refresh each page more than two times to view it. It is very difficult to load even the basic HTML view of GMAIL. There is no problem with my computer. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.
