Game not workingand money not refunded

I ha bought an EA game called Medal of Honor Airborne. I would like to say that the game is not working properly and is showing some kind of fatal error. It has a money back garauntee with it. I suggest the company looks into this matter as the phone operators are never available. I have the bill of the place from which I had bought it. Please do look into this matter.
