This is not a good organization. From my personnel Experience I would say they are typical politicians. Name SUPRATIM BISWAS is very culprit.

No Learning Environment at time of interview scene was different.

You cannot spend more than 6 months with them. Fresher are hired as Trainee and they are responsible for all work senior people will only attend meeting and will set unrealistic deadlines and then you have to work to achieve them.

They will ask you for 2 years bond with ridiculous Terms and Conditions.
