High end motherboard replaced with lower end motherboard

I had purchased a Gigabyte motherboard Model No: GA-G333M-S2L on 7-April from Direct Advantage (Nehru Place). The motherboard started having display problems after 6_7 months, so i went to the service centre in nehru place as the mother board was under warranty. They replaced it with a low end model: GA-G31M-X2.

They misguided me that it was same as my motherboard and if i encounter any problem they will replace it.

Now again it started having display problems. This time i researched and found that it was a lower end model which they had given me. So i again went to the service centre and complained about the motherboard.

Now, they are refusing to change it with the model that i had originally purchased, irrespective of the original bill which shows the original model number and the box of the motherboard. They have replaced it with the same low end motherboard.

Please help me as i have been cheated by one of the good motherborads companies.
