Unable to make new friends

I had already posted a complaint regarding (new friends addition on orkut) is not working, whenever i am trying to add new friend this message comes on my screen "You''re not allowed to take this action temporarily." but action has been taken by orkut team it is my humble request to orkut team that please help me out from this problem as soon as possible.
