This is in regard to complaint no. 4621374574 (registered over a month back), I am using the laptop model no. Compaq 6710b since the past two and half years & from past 4 month I am facing problems. Despite of regularly reporting the same with your service representative and registering complains, the issue has not been resolved. I am disappointed to face all this heartburn from a brand like HP that has been into the market for this long and promises good quality products & services to its customers. Your reps. Haven’t been able to resolve my problem and also have been misguiding me by stating all sorts of errors instead to identifying the exact problem & hence resolving it. This just shows the inefficient service and people associated with you. With such kind of casual attitude in complaint handling is restricting me to further buy any of your products and recommending the same to others.
Post complaining the above said complaint several times with Axis Computech (Authorised Service Centre for HP), no permanent resolution received yet.
Pl. be sensitized to revert with a permanent sollution for the stated problem to avoid future legal implications.
