I have purchased an HP Pavilion dm4-1009TU laptop on 05-02 and it's window (Window 7 Home Basic OA India) got curruptted within 3 days, now I want a recovery disc from HP side to recove the same.
I had raised a complaint on 08-02, CASE ID - 4625718318, but even after regular followups of 45 days, still I have not got any resolution from their side. Every time I am getting answer that disk is not in stock and just wait for 3-4 more days.
