my harddisk i have mailed to supports to fasten up the rma process
please tell me a accurate date

Apologize for the shortage of stock and for the delay replacement.
As we are expecting the stock by May 2nd week. Once we receive the stock we will dispatch it at the earliest.
So, you please hold for few days.
