On 22nd Feb, I ordered a HP Printer Model No: D1668 and paid the amount of Rs. 2299.00 through online (Internet Banking (FT No:- MUBI1029490446)). The company accepted the order and informed me about the dispatch of the same through the courier (AFL Courier (Shipped on Feb 28). Bill No - 700000585955).
But after more than one month I have not received the product nor I have got any tacking information through the AFL Courier official website. As the courrier No- - 700000585955 showed as false.
I also contact the customer service and gave the complain (Regd Complain No- 63537729). But no fruitful result came out yet. So please look after the matter.
