Not get any gift voucher from HP compute

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a HP laptop worth rs 41, 500 on 25th Dec and during my purchase there was a 3000 rs gift voucher. According to HP, to get the gift voucher i had to register my product serial code on HP website and mail to HP scan copy of product serial number and purchase invoice. I completed all the required formality and it was mention on HP advertisement promos that after registering and mail to HP you will get the gift voucher within 10-12 working days but now it is passed more than 25 working days i do not get any gift voucher also not getting any update from HP side.

Plz lookup into the matter.
