Compaq Presario Desktop Offer is announced but not given

Dear sir,

I have purchased Compaq Presario 3640 IL desktop (Serial No: INA9040MC4; Product No: NC642AA) on 25th Feb. As per terms/condition I have registered for redemption code - AMGYXT416O on dated 02/03. Then I have sent all the required documents including the DD of 999/-(DD no: 222113) on 07/03 to the Scheme Coordinator, HP Desktop Web Redemption offers, C/O Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt Ltd.; SCF 13, 2nd Floor, Sector 7C, Inner Market, Chandigarh- 160019.

As per their offer (NOW OR NEVER OFFER) they claimed to give an ALL IN ONE printer and HP 600VA UPS as gift. Although the company assured me about the acceptance of my claim (file no: 87618) and also it has been showed in the link: www.redemptionsupport.com, they didn’t deliver neither printer nor UPS.

Please help me to receive my claim.
