HP Service Centre rejected replacing a battery even though it was under warranty. Now the problem is with screen flickering

Dear All,

This is to intimate how creepy HP Products & service centre works. Though my laptop was under warranty they refused to replace the battery. Secondly the problem with laptop - Screen flickering at the bottom of the screen.

I want people to get aware of the products.
