Please refund my money

I Am Inderpal Singh Arora And my Address:- H: no:- C-49, phase-1, Urban Estate, Jamalpur Colony, Near Gurdwara Singh Sabha, Ludhiana (Punjab). I purchased a New laptop of your company model no:- DV4-2126TX, Serial

No: INA01500X4 and Bill No:- 910 dated on 25/08, Dealer:- K.C. Electronic, Kochar market, Ludhiana and Mobile:-09779946000.

It was after going

through a wide array of laptops that I finalised this particular model because it suited my needs and purpose. I had hardly used it for a couple of days when suddenly it stopped working. I took it to the H.P Service Centre, who, after getting it checked, told me that the hard disk of this laptop had crashed and Keyboard problem due to unknown reason. As my product was under gurantee, I was told that I would get a new laptop of similar model if anything happens to this one. But I found out that this particualr model was not available with any dealer in Ludhiana anymore. So, I implored the dealer to get me a new piece as soon as possible as I was carrying out most of my business and stock tradings through my

laptop and hence, with each passing day, I was incurring losses. I was told that this particular model was not in stock anymore and it may take a few days to get one. But many days passed and I didnt get it. As I was reliant on my laptop for my business and I was having losses because of this problem, so, after waiting for many days, I had to purchase another laptop.

Therefore, now I request you to kindly remit my money that I spent on my

previous laptop. I would be highly obliged to you. Hoping for a quick response.
