I am new on this site http://www.freelancer.com.and starting bidding for project and i got reply for data entry project.project provider url is http://www.freelancer.com/users/1653486.html.he is saying This Project is for form filling in healthcare into our software for each image you will carry one dollar and you can do 100 images perday after you trained training will be 10-12 days and for the software you have to pay twenty dollars and it is refundable at the time of you leave we pay twice a month via paypal or bank transfer and you may transfer the fee via paypal or axisbank if you are interested and agree to his reply to us Regards Guy@works
and when i done payment he saying from tommarow we will start the work but his tommarow never comes.about this when inform this site http://www.freelancer.com, they have given very rude answer
