Reliance data card low speed

Dear Sir/mam

So many times i have compliant in nearest reliance net connection office but he didnot response me properly he didn't pickup my phone then i show my notebook reliance office that time only connect 1x high speed network.other two network didn't work last 2 month.lastly i show my data card in service center but that place only connect 1x high speed & he has no speed (o to 10kb/s).also 1time change my data card in this month & same problem i have found.service center said me its not data card problem its online problem.

so i request to you please give me response form your organisation. solve this problem as early as possible.
