Not print ricipt

Have used my DEBIT Card / ATM Card No. 4213684581060502 of Union Bnk of India, kamdhi road ICICI Bank

Atm situated at jariptka, on 14.11.2009 for withdrawal of Rs.6800/- unfortunately, No cash delivered by ATM, and not print ricipt error code by atm.

but my A/c. No.458101010036262 was debited by same amount.

Kindly credit my Above mentioned A/c. urgently & oblige.
