Still Not Receiving Cylinde

Dear Sir/mam,

Last month (16th september), I had booked a cyllinder with Mr M.H.Siddiqui, Karodh Bhopal (M.P.). My consumer number is P002635. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. I have already submit so many complaints but i did not get response I have been trying to book my cylinder since 17 days. I humbly request you to please solve my problem...
