I am using internet from IntechOnline Service they are internet service provider. I am using their package having 2MBPS speed and 10GB download limit witch is enough for 1 month.
But suddenly my package expire in 3Days when i checked log history it says 215MB download and 9.8GB upload in just 9-10 hours.
Now they are charging me 450/- charge for one month package stating that this is due to Virus in my machine where as i am not able to find any virus and surprisingly after renewal of new package everything goes right without changing my antivirus.
There are strong possibilities of software problem from service provider side as well as they making their customer fool under reason of virus.
Can anyone help me in this case?
