SIR,

THERE HAS BEEN A LINING PROBLEM (IT BELT AS DESCRIBED BY ENGINEER) SINCE MACHINE INSTALLATION AND IECS OF DELHI NOT TAKING ANY ACTION EVEN NOT PICKING UP PHONE. ALL THE STAFFS OF IECS NOT RESPONDING, NOT COOPERATING AT ALL INCLUDING MD. THIS PROBLEM WAS WITH THE MACHINE AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION.

THE DETAILS OF THE MACHINE AS FOLLOWS:

MACHINE SERIAL NUMBER: AOED43005480

SEVERAL REMINDERS HAS BEEN EMAILED TIME TO TIME AS FOLLOWS TO ALMOST ALL THE IECS PERSONNEL :

1. Since installation there is lining problem which was noticed & informed during the period and in reply, your Installation Engineer suggested that the lining problem would automatically be sorted out after completion of 2500-3000 pages of printing.

2. Till date the same problem is being faced and for that I have been losing a great business which has been intimated time and again to the concerned personnel of IECS since the completion date of 3000 copies

3. Till date, despite twice visit of Engineers from IECS problem has not been solved

4. When contacted, over phone, your concerned personnel is not able to give any solution to the problem

5. The machine is still in warranty period kindly ref. invoice no. R-465 dated 23 August
