I m Bijal Shah from Ahmedabad., I had purchase brand new System of Intex Technologies Ltd from their authorised dealer M/S Krupam Infotech, vasna on 09/05/09.
before 1 month i had got problem in my keyboard & mouse as it's not working properly & lost connection with usb device frequently.
i had complain to dealer & after remind atleast 15 times but my complain still not solve & nobody even visit at our address even my system is still in warranty period.
Executive of service station of Intex Technologies Ltd give reply that their all engineers go out side of town; how it's possible that every engineers of Intex Technologies Ltd of Ahmedabad go outside at one time???
