Dear sir/ma'm,
i recently bought usb tv tuner card gravity 2.0 (about 4 months ago).
since then i am unable to use this device, and neither i am able to see tv on my computing device.
the shopkeeper assured me that it is compatible on laptops with windows 7.
but i have installed all drivers for win7. it isn't working...
it is very pathetic situation...
then i went to intex service centre in nehru place.
they told me to download driver for windows 7 from intextechnologies.com.
i did the same thing.
i downloaded the driver and software, this time i installed it, trident analog video driver got installed. i also inwasted my stalled honestech 2.5.
it shows: only svideo option is enabled on which webcamera opens...
but still... the problem persists, no video.audeo.
this fucking device has given me a lot of problems...
i have wasted my hard earned money on this bullshit device...
i think intex devices are not reliable at all...
i request you if u could help me, plz get me out of this...
