Intex/UPS sensation 600va
My ups is stopped charging, though i have two years of warranty on my product.i dont know know how to claim my warranty any suggestion please

I bought my ups and its been 1yr 3months. yesterday my ups stopped charging and there is no indication of battery low and battery charging what may be the problem. how can claim the warranty please help me to get through this
