I have purhased a laptop "SAHARA NB UB1 945GM 10.1" by bill no. 969 on dated 02/06, they delivered me the dead boxed laptop, i send it to "SES Ltd., Ludhiaia", the service provider of sahara laptop for repair, today the date is 03/05, but untill now i have not received it back from ses, (161-3027290), now thell me the procedure what i can do.
