I purchased Toshiba laptop satelite 640 model last month. but key board not working last 22 days .customer care is not responding i lodge a complained by mail to Toshiba and as per their direction Even after 20 days these people are not able to resolve the issue. it is very embracing for me and causing serious business loses.
I request every reader not to buy Toshiba Laptop... don't repeat the mistake i have done.
If possible please do something...
