This is Anji from Warangal, I saw a paper ad almost 2 months back for Kingtab tablet Pc which is launched and after seeing the ad i taught of buying it and searched in internet and found the company address is in Somajiguda. I went there to buy a tablet pc there a lady cliamed herselves as an product demonstrator explained and shown 7 models to me and when asked more about the company... she said its a 10 years old company and even company is looking for distributors for all the areas in state. When i asked more about the company they said
This is an Hong kong based company having manufacturing unit in Hong kong and said that they are the top 10 Manufacturers in Hongkong in the name of King Trading Pvt Ltd., and she also said they got contract from BSNL and state government for order more than 500 crores. I was shown photos of the factory and R&D dept and impressed with the beautiful story and said i will take the distribution for warangal. They asked me that i need to invest Rupees 5 Lakhs and later on requirement. when i asked for samples to shown in my place they asked me to take samples of all the models with minimum quantity of 3 each model... for which i have made a payment of Rupees 3 Lakhs, I asked them for bill or invoice for 3 lakhs so that i can have some proof for warrenty. The Management persone named Mr Raja and Kiran said that they will give the bill as dealer billing after the agreement is singed if they bill it now you wont get any commission... I taught where will the company go and i took samples and left to my home town...
I sold all the samples in 2 days and was happy after 3 days i got 10 samples back to me stating that they are generating huge heat and it getting stucked in middle and the touch screen is not working i promised the customers i will replace them in warrenty and i have sent them back to the company... they said they will send the Tablets once they get the new stock and they said it will take 2 days... i taught they would send me and hanged the phone...
its been 20 days i am calling them they are saying they still didnt get the stock and they are disconnecting the call... today i walked in to office Mr raj and Kiran are not there and the lady who gave demo left the company and the front office girl said that how come company sold you when there is already a dealer for warangal... i was shocked and asked her want to speak with MD she said he has gone to Hongkong and he will be back on Monday she said nothing to worry MD will take care of thing but when i left the office i noticed MD going out in his car when i went back to office and shouted on the lady all the gents in the office they warned me and said they have high influence and they will see my end... i taught of giving a complaint in police station but i dont have any receipt and more over they said they will put a case against me that i have stolen the tablet pcs in company... i felt this is not the right time to speak with them left the office anywayz i wont leave them MD and others... i will drag every one of the on to the road...
later i spent some thing in internet and found few things
1. This is newly started company
2. They dont have any plant in hongkong.
3. The factory picture shown in facebook are fake they belong to some other factory... because i have check the list of manufactures in hongkong i couldnt find any company in the name of Kingitab or King Trading... in Hong Kong
4. They said they have contact with BSNL i really doubt it...
5. These products are bought from china...
6. they dont have quality..
So friends i sincerly request every one not to buy this tablet pcs...
This is a fake company and cheaters company they dont have proper service centerss... nothing... so please dont waste monney...
