Cheating: Laptop battery Warranty not the same as mentioned on website after receiving the battery

I had placed an order for a laptop battery of Lapcare HP Compaq 6100 / 6200 Series 6 Cell Battery PB994A with the order ID-LSB-456102 .On letsbuy.com website the warranty mentioned is of one year for the laptop battery which I ordered. But when I received my order I opened the battery and found that it mentions battery warranty six months instead of one year. The letsbuy.com website is misleading people buying products online through their website.
