My LG DVD Writer which is under warranty, became defected about one month and 15 days back. During initial 15 days, My one DVD Writer has gone 8 times to lg service center and every time I have been given with a defected item.
This is the story of my LG DVD Writer, which was given to lg service center at following address-
SUKRITI ENTERPRISES
Civil Lines, Bareilly (U.P.)
Detail of request IDs under which these LG DVD Writers were given to Sukriti Enterprises are as follows:

I became fed-up with these replacements of faulty drives. One month have been passed now and still I am holding a faulty Lg drive.
This is an example how LG customers are being harassed for purchasing LG items.
Please guide me what to do further?
