I had given the LCD in warentee on 08/09 will complain no 3923 to LG authorize service center. Till date I am recieving the reports that the lcd will come and it will get sorted but yet nothing has been done. Mr Hemang, ASM from LG told me to give me the sale bill of lcd, after that it will take 2 days for the lcd to be replaced and now i have given the bill 10 days and yet no solution whenever called to Himang he is in training or meeting and the service station take no responsibilities for the product. They simply say we have no spares. Is the company like LG doesnot have the spare of a 19" LCD also..
