Sir,

I had applied for my passport through Head Post Office, Kolkata on 10.01.2011. My details are as follows:

Date of submission: 10.01.2011

I have not received my passport even till date and also the status is blank in the official passport website. Kindly look into the matter and inform me the reasons for delay at the earliest.
