Salary Not Paid

Hi

I worked through Magna for the client Virtusa from May to August.

I am on bench from Sep 1st 2010 to 15th

Now this is Midst of Feb and I haven't received my BenchSalary till now.

Now one from the HRTeam is not lifting their mobiles and no feed back is given to the employee inspite of several email, phone calls since several months.

They pay the salary to their consultants on 15th to 30th of the preceding month.(Some times months delayed)

Want to know if the company is closed. Want to know when I will get my salary if the Company is opened
