I have booked for one ubislate 7 in february (Booking ID is "PM6C878"). The company confirmed by booking and informed that I would get delivery of the item in march itself if I paid the full amount as advance. So in order to obtain delivery of the ubislate 7 in march itself I had submitted a DD no.954139 SBI for rs.2999/- To your address. On scrutiny of my bank account statement I find that the same DD has been encashed and debited to my account on FEBRUARY.However, I would like to inform that the tablet has not yet reached me till now. And the company has not responded to my emails or has stopped answering to calls on their toll free number. I am at loss now, not knowing what to do with the company or how I will be able to recover my advance paid to the datawind.

I would greatly appreciate if your could arrange for refund of the amount paid (rs.2999/-).
